We are lucky at our clinic to be able to run blood work in house and still be able to send it to a lab when needed. These tests are extremely valuable when diagnosing and assessing many different illnesses in dogs.

Blood tests are one of the main tools we use to diagnose a variety of different conditions or diseases. It is best to speak with a vet to see how frequent blood tests should be done on your dog.

How do I interpret my dog’s blood test results?

All blood results are interpreted by your veterinarian and will be discussed with you over a phone call or in person.
