Dr. Bonnie Baines B.Sc., D.V.M.

Dr. Baines grew up in Delta and attended UBC, where she received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology/Immunology. She attended the Western College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2012 when she moved to the Cowichan Valley. In her spare time, Dr. Baines’ loves hiking, exploring, and taking photographs – although she is slow to process them! Her love of travelling has led her to Scotland, Romania, Iceland and Costa Rica as well as the snake dens in Narcisse, Manitoba. She loves surfing, the west coast and water warmers. Her kitties, Merlin and Socksie, have been her loving companions since 2005. Dr. Baines is very involved with CAAT spay, neuter and vaccine projects which provides veterinary services to First Nations Communities in need. She enjoys being part of the supportive, caring and fun-loving atmosphere at Prevost!
